Rates & renting
$3 per foot, per month. That's it.
Your rate is based on the overall length of your boat, RV or trailer. Here's what that looks like, and how to get a spot.

Use our online rental application, then give the office a call so we know it's in.

We'll need the registration in your name and proof of liability insurance before you move in.

Requirements & lot rules.
A few simple rules keep the lot safe, clean and fair for everyone. They're all in the rental agreement.
What you'll need

- Current license plates and registration
- Liability insurance of at least $100,000/$300,000
- Proof of ownership and insurance with your agreement
Not allowed on the lot
- Overnight stays
- Engine testing, repairs or maintenance
- Washing or painting
- Modifications of any kind
- Extra fuel or flammable containers

Taking your boat or RV out for good? Call the office at (847) 395-3100 before the 1st of the next month.
If we don't hear from you by then, the full month is charged and isn't refundable.

How much does boat or RV storage cost?
$3 per foot of overall length, per month. A 20-foot boat is $60 a month and a 30-foot travel trailer is $90 a month. Rent is due on the 1st, and your first month is prorated.
Is the storage indoors or covered?
No. It's outdoor parking on a gated, fenced gravel lot. Many customers use a fitted cover or shrink wrap for the winter.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Storage is month to month. When you move out for good, just call the office at (847) 395-3100 before the 1st of the next month so you aren't charged for it.
How big a boat or RV can you take?
With over 2 acres, we can fit large boats and RVs that many facilities can't. If you can get it to us, chances are we can store it. Call to confirm a spot for your size.
What do I need to rent a spot?
A completed rental application, proof that the boat, RV or trailer is registered in your name with current plates, and proof of liability insurance (minimum $100,000/$300,000).
Can I work on my boat or RV at the lot?
No. Engine testing, repairs, maintenance, washing, painting and modifications aren't allowed on the lot, and neither are overnight stays.
